How to Ship Your Firearm
Accepted your offer with shipping? Follow these five steps to ship your firearm to us using the prepaid label emailed to you.
Once we receive the firearm and have verified it, you will receive an email to complete an online bill of sale. The bill of sale will ask for your Zelle ID. Zelle payment will be provided to you within 4 business hours of completing the online bill of sale. Your payment will be the firearm offer less the shipping amount(s) specified in the offer.
All firearms must be shipped within 2 days of offer acceptance — no exceptions. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss during shipment.
Obtain a UPS Express Medium Box
Pick up a UPS Express Medium size box from any UPS Store or UPS shipping center. These boxes are available at no charge.
Pack the Firearm and Include Important Paperwork
Place the firearm in its original case or box inside the shipping box. Use paper, grocery bags, or other packing materials to fill all voids so nothing shifts in transit. If no original case or box, wrap the firearm in bubble wrap or similar. Include 3 printouts of important paperwork in the shipping box with the firearm (all emailed to you with shipping label):
Secure the Box
Ensure the box is fully closed. Add tape as needed to make sure all seams and flaps are secure.
Apply the Shipping Label
Apply the prepaid shipping label emailed to you by Gunslinger's Guns to the outside of the box. When applying the shipping label, please make sure it is flat, fully visible, and securely adhered to the box.
Drop Off at a UPS Store
Bring the package to a UPS Store location and hand it directly to a UPS Store associate. It is not recommended nor required to tell the associate the contents of the box. If you would like a receipt ask for one, but one is not needed.
DO NOT place the package in a UPS Drop Box. DO NOT take it to any other carrier, retailer, or drop location. It must be handed to a UPS Store associate in person.
